This is an extended step outline sheet that shows what happens in each scene. Instead of a take by take outline, it shows all that is going to happen in that scene. Providing a much bigger view of the final product. It states exactly which character will be in each scene as well as the location and time frame of the scene. If the time of day is morning, then a bright scene should be shown maybe near windows to provide a daylight feeling to it. As well as the main objective of that scene so for example scene one is Jess (the main character) is introduced and the most important point of the scene is to show that Jess lives alone by having Jess lock the door behind her when she leaves the house. A relatively detailed description of the scene helps show what will happen and how we should angle each shot.
