The Website I made was for my short film Mind Map, which was done on Wix.com.
Although the screenshots are a bit blurry, I documented the work I did by doing each page one by one. Starting with the top page and working my way down.
The first page is a brief intro to entice the audience, which also gives a slight description of what is to come but without giving to much away.
Second page shows the cast. I kept it short and sweet with a beautiful photo of a camera to resemble what the cast will see pointing at them.
The third page shows the crew members and what they do. I also provided a short description of what each persons role does such as my role as the editor will be putting takes of the film together to complete the finish product of the film.
Contact page is the fourth page and allows people to get in touch to ask any questions they might have.
I included a quote from The Telegraph to show the film is a success and should be watched. Most websites had multiple quotes which seemed over powering but I only included one quote at the end of the website to keep it subtle.
The last page is filled with photos which will eventually be changed to photos that I will take on the day of filming to show the process we went through with our filming.
This is the colour scheme I went with. The pink helps show some elegance to the website, which resembles Jess the main character. The white has a cream tint in it so it brings a lighter tone to a darker toned film. The black is subtle and is mainly used for the text. This colour scheme will be used to make the poster with the main image in black and white with the pink as the text. I also alternated with the white back ground and the pink background to make it more ascetically pleasing to the viewer along with mixed colours of text that went with the colours on the page.
